CenTech Park
CenTech Park is a 121-acre technology park located in the towns of Grafton and Shrewsbury. Working closely with its municipal partners, as well as the Commonwealth, the WBDC was able to complete the necessary infrastructure work to allow for 675,000 square feet of development. The CenTech Park development has expanded the communities’ tax bases and has created long-term, sustainable employment for the region. Current tenants within the Park include State Street Bank, IDEXX, and Primary Colors.
