Shawarma Palace moves into WBDC-owned building on Franklin Street

Worcester restaurant Shawarma Palace is moving from its Pleasant Street location and into a vacant restaurant space at 20 Franklin St., a building owned by the Worcester Business Development Corp., WBDC announced on Wednesday.

Shawarma Palace originally opened in 2014, and specializes in both shawarma and Mediterranean fare. The restaurant is owned by Charles Dalli.

The new location is expected to open later this month, according to WBDC.
